Shipping & Delivery: What to Expect from Your Urbnaly Pets Order

Ordering for your pet should be exciting, not stressful — and knowing exactly when the delivery will arrive is a big part of that. Here's a transparent breakdown of our shipping times and how we keep you informed every step of the way.

Order processing: 1-3 business days

As soon as your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team gets it picked, packed and handed to the carrier. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

Delivery: 7-15 days, tracked

Once your parcel is on its way, delivery typically takes 7-15 days to the United States and most international destinations. Every order ships with full tracking, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships — no chasing, no guessing.

One quick note on multi-item orders

To keep shipping fast and costs low, some orders travel in separate parcels. If you order a bed and a toy, they may arrive on different days — each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing; they're just taking different routes to you.

Damaged, lost or late? We've got you

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We'd rather fix a problem than leave you waiting.
